This morning I weighed in
at 188 lbs., down 29 lbs. I slept 9 hours and was up 2 times. I drank 64 oz of
water.
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee w/Stevia.
Lunch was 3.5 oz. chicken
breasr with broccoli and an apple for dessert.
Dinner was 4 oz..ground
round with taco seasoning, lettuce, salsa, two bread sticks.
Evening snack was
strawberries with Stevia.
COUNT DOWN….ONLY EIGHT
DAYS LEFT! My goal has always been to
high 170 lbs. BY THE END OF THE FORTY DAYS. Oh, to be in the seventies again
for the first time in over a decade!!!!!!!!
