1Body4Sixty - Day 16

Peggy - 194 (-2.0; -22.0)

This morning I weighed in at 194 lbs. It seems that I am back on track! Water! Water! Water!!! It flushes the emptied fat cells out!!

Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was ½ c. cottage cheese and an orange cut up in it.

Dinner was my lettuce with red onion, tomatoes, egg and Walden Farms Bleu Cheese dressing. Dessert was……are you ready?.......Strawberries drizzled with CHOCOLATE!

Yes, you heard correct! Diane, the nurse at 1Body4Life went on the Walden Farms website and discovered that they make tons of acceptable things for us to eat!!! I went to the Logli’s on E. State (Aisle #1) and hit the jackpot. I spent a lot of the money I have been saving on my groceries while on this diet on the following:
            Mayo                                      think egg salad
BBQ Sauce & Ketsup              think on ground beef
Cole Slaw Dressing                 think on shredded cabbage
Seafood Sauce                        think on shrimp cocktail
Peanut butter                         think on celery and apples
            And best of all…
            Chocolate Sauce                  on strawberries!
They have many other gluten free, fat free, calorie free items that taste great. I even requested their free newsletter. I am a dedicated fan as I HATE diet tasting stuff. Check it out!

1Body4Forty - Day 16

Amy – 160.5 (+1.0; 11.8 Total)

Even though I felt thinner this morning, I was hugely disappointed to find I went up a pound.  The Aloe capsules didn’t help this morning, so maybe they take longer to work in my body?  I did manage to get my probiotics in again at 8 am before I even think about having coffee.
I’m boring – I started this morning of course with a couple of cups of coffee and strawberries and stevia at 11:30 am.  A little while later, I ate baked chicken marinated in white wine vinegar & cumin along with a salad with chopped tomato & Walden Farms blue cheese dressing.  I remembered to take my vitamins with my meal.  This afternoon before I go shopping, I have my second fruit of an apple with cinnamon sprinkled on it in order to keep up my energy levels.
For dinner I again have chicken, this time marinated in  roasted garlic & herb spice which I really like.  This was paired with steamed fresh asparagus on which I used the same spice mix.
I had skating practice later this evening, so I had another cup of coffee beforehand to give me a little jolt of energy.  I did also manage to make sure that I got in at least a full 64 oz of water today.
