1Body4Sixty - Day 17


Peggy - 196 (+2.0; -20.0) 

This morning I weighed in at 196 lbs. STILL!!!! Yes, that is still twenty pounds down from my starting weight of 216 lbs., however it is discouraging!

Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was 4 oz. chicken and a salad with tomatoes and W.F. creamy bacon dressing.
I had an apple in the afternoon.

Dinner was 4 oz. ground round and spinach with strawberries for dessert.

I went down another 2 lbs!  Such relief that I am now in the 150s!
Forgot to take my probiotics this morning ahead of coffee. Started this morning with 3 cups of coffee and an orange at 10:30 am for breakfast.  For lunch I had chicken marinated in white wine vinegar and roasted garlic & herb spices.  I had salad with tomato and tried Peggy’s favorite Walden Farms creamy bacon dressing.  I am not particularly fond of smoked flavoring so this dressing, although bacony, is not one I would buy personally. 
I had my second fruit at 4 pm before heading out to do errands and shop.  For dinner I had a 4 oz lean hamburger patty with Chicago spices and a can of asparagus.  Again, I am trying to drink plenty of water along the way. 
I was really surprised to find a form fitting Ralph Lauren dress which I felt really great in.  I have found that after I lost weight, dresses that I would never fitted in nor looked good in before, really appeal to me now.  Not that I have a lot of places to wear dresses since I’m kind of a ‘soccer mom’ in jeans most of the time, but I remain hopeful and have still bought a few.
