Peggy - 200 (-2.0; -16.0)
This morning I weighed in
at 200 lbs., which is down sixteen from my starting weigh of 216 lbs. 1Body4Life Weight Loss has a starting
weight of 219 lbs. for me. However, that is fully clothed. Without clothes, my
scale said 216 lbs. at the start of the HCG diet so that is the figure that I
have been using. I was up five times during the night.
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee w/Stevia.
Lunch was a boiled egg,
salad with cherry tomatoes and Walden Farms Creamy Bacon Dressing. I forgot to
add my red onion. A couple hours later I had an orange.
Dinner was 4 oz. chicken
broiled with garlic and sea salt, a cup of asparagus with strawberries for
dessert. Skipped the bread sticks but did have a few celery sticks with Walden
Farms Bleu Cheese Dressing. (No, I am not getting paid by Walden Farms!)
I am feeling great and
have unbelievable energy. Although only 25% through the forty day HCG diet, I
feel as though I may have become boring eating my basic same meals. I am not
yet bored with the meals, however there are alternatives that I have not used but
will consider in the near future: shrimp, cabbage soup, crab, etc.
