1Body4Sixty - Day 11

Peggy - 198 (-2.0; -18.0)

This morning I weighed in at 198 lbs., which is down eighteen lbs. from my starting weigh of 216 lbs. 1Body4Life Weight Loss has gotten me under 200 lbs for the first time in years!  I was up four times during the night with sleep apnea.

Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was a boiled egg, salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion and Walden Farms Creamy Bacon Dressing. A couple hours later I had a. few celery sticks with Walden Farms Bleu Cheese Dressing. Strawberries were my afternoon fruit.

Dinner was 4 oz. ground round with taco seasoning. Be very careful about taco seasoning as many have sugar in them. Two breadsticks and an apple completed my meal.

In the past, every ten pounds of weight loss has equaled a dress size. I know that I am down at least one size, but hoping for two as I have lost twenty pounds!!!

1Body4Forty - Day 11

Amy – 160.4 (-0.0; 11.9 Total)

Unfortunately that unweighed hamburger patty is probably what kept me at the same weight this morning, but I’m hoping that will only take a day to get back on track.  I did manage to get another good night’s sleep of nine hours last night though.

After starting the morning with a couple of cups of coffee, I had a breakfast of strawberries sprinkled with stevia.  My usual.  For lunch I had baked chicken marinated in white wine vinegar, cumin and garlic salt.  I tried a cup of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage) with a couple of tablespoons of Walden’s Blue Cheese dressing and fresh ground black pepper which made a great ‘coleslaw’ without the calories.  The Walden dressing was a great recommendation of Peggy’s and it’s no-calorie dressing with no oils or sugars.  I hope that that cabbage will help flush the hamburger from my system and that it’s truly a ‘negative’ calorie food and will help me lose tomorrow.  I had an orange as a snack later on in the afternoon.

At lunch I started to marinate 2.8 oz of uncooked shrimp for dinner in the juice of a lemon, 2 crushed garlic cloves, onion, cayenne and roasted garlic & herb spice mix.  I added a very small piece of tilapia to this to round out the few ounces I was missing. This was accompanied by sautéed spinach.
