1Body4Sixty - Day 32


Peggy - 188 (-0.0; -29.0 Total)

This morning I weighed in at 188 lbs., down 29 lbs. I slept 9 hours and was up 2 times. I drank 64 oz of water.

Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was 3.5 oz. chicken breasr with broccoli and an apple for dessert.

Dinner was 4 oz..ground round with taco seasoning, lettuce, salsa, two bread sticks.

Evening snack was strawberries with Stevia.

COUNT DOWN….ONLY EIGHT DAYS LEFT!  My goal has always been to high 170 lbs. BY THE END OF THE FORTY DAYS. Oh, to be in the seventies again for the first time in over a decade!!!!!!!!

Amy – 155.4 (-0.0; -16.9 Total)

No change, so going into maintenance, 155.4 will be my weight that I need to maintain when I start vacation in a week.
I have my couple of cups of coffee in the morning and lunch at 12:30 of 2 hard-boiled eggs and a chopped tomato with 1 T. of Walden Farms blue cheese dressing.  At 2 pm, I have an apple with cinnamon on it. 
For dinner tonight before a skating practice, I had 5 oz of broiled steak and steamed fresh broccoli.  I am already starting to feel the HCG wearing off because I am starting to get hungrier.  I still need to remember that I need to keep my water intake up going forward.
