No change, so going into maintenance, 155.4
will be my weight that I need to maintain when I start vacation in a week.
I have my couple of cups of coffee in the
morning and lunch at 12:30 of 2 hard-boiled eggs and a chopped tomato with 1 T.
of Walden Farms blue cheese dressing. At
2 pm, I have an apple with cinnamon on it.
For dinner tonight before a skating
practice, I had 5 oz of broiled steak and steamed fresh broccoli. I am already starting to feel the HCG wearing
off because I am starting to get hungrier.
I still need to remember that I need to keep my water intake up going
forward.
