1Body4Sixty - Day 25


Peggy - 193 (-1.0; -23.0 Total)

This morning I weighed in at 193 lbs.!!! YAH!!! Down 23 lbs. in twenty five days!!!! I slept eight hours and was up twice. I drank 64 oz. of water. 
Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was 2.7 oz. tilapia and ½ c cole saw made with cabbage & Walden Farms Cole Slaw Dressing. Orange was dessert.

Dinner was 3.7 oz. sirloin and ½ c. spinach, 2 breadsticks with strawberries for dessert.

I am on my weigh (way) again!!! I am pumped!!!!

Amy – 156.5 (0.0; -15.8 Total)

Again no loss for today, but I didn’t notice on the scale that my body fat % and weight did go down slightly.  Obviously that tiny dip did not make a difference on the actual weight though.
I have my usual 2 cups of coffee this morning and strawberries for breakfast around 10:30 am.  For lunch, I had a hamburger patty with Chicago spices of course and a handful of cherry tomatoes with a tablespoon of Walden Farms blue cheese dressing.  I have my second fruit of an orange at 6 pm before leaving for my appointment.
Early this evening, I had an appointment to get my hair cut and I am naughty because I accept a small glass of white wine.  I don’t have dinner until I get back from my appointment so I chose to have an easy ½ cup of cottage cheese (with turmeric mixed into it) and more cherry tomatoes with another tablespoon of the blue cheese dressing.
I also drank at least 10 glasses of water today and my body water percent has been at 50% for the past several days, so that may be contributing to my weight staying the same.
