1Body4Sixty - Day 15


Peggy - 196 (-4.0; -20.0)

This morning was the TWO WEEK MARK and I weighed in at 196 lbs. (-20). I was measured today at 1Body4Life and I have lost a total of TEN INCHES!!!!!! I slept nine hours and got up five times last night.

Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was lettuce salad w/boiled egg, red onions, cherry tomatoes and Walden Farm Creamy Bacon Dressing. Strawberries for dessert.

Dinner was 4 oz. lean ground beef with a cup of spinach with garlic sea salt. Orange for dessert.

Two pounds per day is on the very high side of the weight loss scale, so even though I lost a day or two (weight wise) the nurse was ecstatic over my progress!

1Body4Forty - Day 15


Amy – 159.5 (-0.9; 12.8 Total)

This was one of the rare Saturdays that I have to work so I need to squeeze in eating when I can.  Waking up later than usual, I forgo the probiotics so that I can have a couple of cups of coffee and eat my first fruit – strawberries & stevia at 9:30 am.  At the same time, I make 2 hard-boiled eggs for lunch later.  I know you’re only supposed to eat 1 egg & 3 egg whites, but I HATE egg whites, so I cheat a bit in this area and usually eat 2 regular hard-boiled eggs instead.  I eat one at 10:45 am when I’m a little hungry and the 2nd at noon with a cup of steamed, fresh broccoli with Chicago spice mix. 
For dinner at 6 pm, we went to Lone Star and I had the 7 oz  Delmonico steak sandwich (without the bread, etc.) and a side of steamed spinach, no butter.  Again, I ate more of the steak than intended so this is probably not a trend I should continue.
Before bed, I took a couple of the Aloe capsules that are supposed to help the food move through your body and keep you regular.  I am hoping this and the steak will keep me on track to lose more.
