1Body4Sixty - Day 31


Peggy - 188 (-1.0; -29.0 Total) 

This morning I weighed in at 188 lbs., down 29 lbs. I slept 9 hours and was up 2times. I drank 64 oz of water.

Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was 3.5 oz. chicken breast and asparagus.

An apple was a mid afternoon snack.

Dinner was 4 oz.. ground round (98% lean) with taco seasoning (sugar less), lettuce, salsa and two bread sticks.

Strawberries with stevia was an evening snack

Read your salsa label for sugar!!!!

Amy – 155.4 (+1.4; -16.9 Total)

I guess yesterday’s choices were a mistake because I went back up 1.4 pounds this morning.  Hopefully I can at least stay here or go back down as I go into my temporary maintenance.  This is my 2nd day on after shots and before maintenance. 
I have 3 cups of coffee in the morning and strawberries & stevia around 11:30 am.  Lunch later of baked chicken marinated in Chicago spices, along with ½ can of chilled asparagus.  I had my second fruit of an orange around 3 pm.
For dinner tonight we watched a hockey game at Buffalo Wild Wings so I had their blackened Cajun chicken salad with tomato, cucumber & onion.  I dipped the tines of the fork into blue cheese dressing to limit the amount I used.
