Down another two pounds to
204 lbs. ! Slept nine hours and awoke five times during the night. I hope that
by the time I get to twenty pounds lost, the sleep apnea will improve.
Coffee for Breakfast after
my HCG.
Lunch was a hard boiled
egg (for my protein) and 2 cups of artesian lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes
and Blue Cheese Dressing (Walden Farms, of course) Delicious! I also purchased
Caesar Dressing and will be trying that soon.
Apple for snack.
Dinner was a quarter pound
(4 oz.) sirloin and asparagus with lemon pepper and two bread sticks.
Orange for snack.
Drank half gallon of water
(64 oz.)
I did have to retouch my
hair. I should have done that prior to starting the HCG diet, but was not
thinking. I am sure that there are some oils in the hair coloring. I am hoping
that it does not affect my weight loss tomorrow!
