It’s the beginning of the second week and I am a bit frustrated that I have stayed the same for 3 days now. It was probably the steak I had last night that is still sitting in my stomach. Ugh. I remain hopeful that my weight will change tomorrow though. I ice skated this morning so hopefully the exercise will help burn a few extra calories.
Had black coffee with friends after skating
(no lattes anymore!) For lunch at 12:30
pm, I had the leftover 3.5 oz of steak from Lone Star and a salad with chopped
tomato and Waldon Caesar dressing that Peggy recommended. This was followed by a dessert of
strawberries with stevia. I had an apple
later on during the afternoon. For
dinner I had baked chicken with roasted garlic & herb spices and cold
asparagus. I had a cup of green tea with
stevia later.
I tried to drink more water today and get in the full 64 oz, so
hopefully this will aid my weight loss tomorrow.
