1Body4Sixty - Day 30


Peggy - 189 (-1.0; -28.0 Total) 

This morning I weighed in at 189 lbs., down 28 lbs. I slept 9 hours and was up 2 times. I drank 64 oz of water.

Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was 3.5 oz. Sirloin with broccoli & spinach. One half of last night’s Lone Star dinner. An orange was my afternoon snack

Dinner was 4 oz.. ground round with taco seasoning*, lettuce & salsa. Two bread sticks.

Strawberries were my evening snack.

Did I mention that yesterday was my four week checkup and I had lost (not only the weight) but 27-1/2”! That is over two feet of fat!!!!

*remember to check your taco seasoning for sugar!
