This morning I weighed in
at 194 AGAIN!!! Still only 22 lbs. down. I slept nine hours and was up 3 times.
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee w/Stevia.
Lunch was 3 oz. tilapia
and broccoli with an orange.
Dinner was 3.5 oz. sirloin
with asparagus, two bread sticks and an apple.
Completely eliminated the
sauces and dressings today to research whether they may have anything to do
with my stall.
