Amy – 156.5 (-1.9; -15.8 Total)
Yay, down to 156.5! Momentary blip and then 1.9 pounds – I feel
like I’m finally over the hump and back on track! Today I went to a lecture and then a mile and
half walk around the park afterwards with Peggy, so we’re at least getting a
little exercise to burn the fat that’s being released into our bodies. I also got a little more exercise walking
around the mall shopping. Shopping is
much more fun as you get thinner. It’s
so much easier to find clothes you feel good in!
For my breakfast/lunch meal, I had three
cups of coffee and 2 hard boiled eggs and an orange. Yes, I know I’m only supposed to have one
yolk and 3 egg whites, but there’s not an egg on earth that is worth eating without
its yolk… Egg whites, yuck.
For dinner, I had 4 oz of steak and canned
asparagus, chilled. I had an apple
earlier to keep me going before going shopping. I also drank at least 9 cups of
water today as well, so I am keeping well hydrated in order to flush out my
body.
