1Body4Forty - Day 26


Amy – 155.6 (-0.9; -16.7 Total)

Down almost a pound after 3 days!  Went for a mile and a half walk today in extreme cold (the radio said -0 wind chills) and my legs were numb by the time the dog and I finished! Maybe the extra cold will burn a few more calories - 
After 2 cups of coffee this morning, I had 3.5 oz baked chicken marinated in red wine vinegar and roasted garlic spices.  I paired this with a salad with cherry tomatoes and Walden Farms blue cheese dressing.
I didn’t have my first fruit until around 5 pm today before my walk.  For dinner later I had a hamburger patty and steamed fresh asparagus with roasted garlic spice.  I also made sure I drank lots of water today.
