Peggy - 193 (-1.0; -23.0 Total)
This morning I weighed in at 193 lbs.!!! YAH!!! Down 23 lbs. in twenty five days!!!! I slept eight hours and was up twice. I drank 64 oz. of water.
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee w/Stevia.
Lunch was 2.7 oz. tilapia
and ½ c cole saw made with cabbage & Walden Farms Cole Slaw Dressing.
Orange was dessert.
Dinner was 3.7 oz. sirloin
and ½ c. spinach, 2 breadsticks with strawberries for dessert.
I am on my weigh (way)
again!!! I am pumped!!!!
