Peggy - 192 (-1.0; -24.0 Total)
This morning I weighed in
at 192 lbs., which is down 24 lbs.!! I slept 8-1/2 hours and was only up twice!
I drank 64 oz. water.
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee w/Stevia.
Lunch was a salad with
lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion & Walden Farms Creamy Bacon Dressing,
3-1/2 oz. of tilapia and an orange.
Dinner was 3-1/2 oz
chicken breast and a cup of broccoli, bread sticks & an apple.
One of the many amazing
things about this diet is that you are NEVER hungry eating only 500 calories
per day!!
