I felt like I should have gone down again
today but didn’t. So maybe the loss will
be every other day and maybe this weight will be more difficult to take off the
farther I go down? I will have to have a
lot of patience since it is frustrating to not see the weight go down
consistently.
After 3 cups of coffee this morning and
strawberries and stevia at 11:30 am, I had lunch of a 4 oz hamburger patty with
Chicago spice and 1 cup of steamed spinach with the same spices.
I had an apple later in the day at 3:15
pm. For dinner, I had baked tilapia with
roasted garlic seasoning and steamed broccoli with the same spices.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that
tomorrow’s weigh in will bring another pound (or two) off the scale…
Keep your chin up....you are still losing and that is what count's. Might have to throw in another apple day ? Or maybe just throw in a brisk walk?
ReplyDeleteThe weight varies from daya to day with your water content. Even the salt content of your day's food will determine your water conservation. Other factors will be the temperature of your environment, your exercise for the day etc. If the fluctuations frustrate you, turn to your inches for a stabler view of where you are actually going; the inches will not vary unpredictably, except through variation in each measurement.
