This morning I weighed in
at 196 lbs. STILL!!!! Yes, that is still twenty pounds down from my starting
weight of 216 lbs., however it is discouraging!
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee w/Stevia.
Lunch was 4 oz. chicken
and a salad with tomatoes and W.F. creamy bacon dressing.
I had an apple in the
afternoon.
Dinner was 4 oz. ground
round and spinach with strawberries for dessert.
