Peggy - 189 (-1.0; -27.0 Total)
This morning I weighed in
at 189 lbs., down 27 lbs. I slept 9-1/2 hours and was up three times. I drank
64 oz of water.
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee w/Stevia. And an orange.
Lunch was a salad with
lettuce, cherry tomotoes, boil egg and WF creamy Bacon Dressing.
Dinner was 4 oz. ground
round both spinach & broccoli, and an apple.
I went with a friend to
Lone Star for dinner. Even though I ate the things that I have been eating, it
is a treat and as long as they leave the bread off the table, I am fine.
