Down 4.3 lbs to 171.0, although because of the increase
after binging the total is only 1.3 lbs. So glad though that those extra
pounds I gained after the 2 day binge (and the few days before starting the
diet0 are gone! i was really worried it would take me a whole week to
lose hem, but that is luckily not the case.
I definitely did the binge days right this time
because i am still not feeling any hunger pains, although this morning I did
actually 'feel' hungry. That was easily relieved with a late breakfast of
a handful of strawberries with some stevia sprinkled on top. For lunch I
had 3.5 oz of chicken marinated in white wine vinegar and Chinese 5 spice mix,
along with a chopped tomato with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and salt
& pepper. An apple around 4 pm kept away the hunger pains until
dinner. Dinner was similar but the chicken was marinated in vinegar and Greek
spice mix instead, along with a cup of broccoli steamed with Greek spice in a
Ziploc steaming bag.
Luckily on this diet, strenuous exercise is not
required, nor is it recommended. We'll see if shoveling snow this winter
helps take off a few more pounds...
