1Body4Sixty - Day 35


Peggy - 185 (-1.0; 31.0 Total)
This morning I weighed in at 185 lbs., down 31 lbs. from a starting weight of 216 lbs.  I slept 9 hours and was up twice during the night. I drank 64 oz of water.

Breakfast was two cups of coffee w/Stevia.

Lunch was 3.5 oz. chicken breast and asparagras with an apple for dessert.

Dinner was a salad with boiled egg, red onion, cherry tomatoes (yummy sweet yellow ones from logli) with WF Dressing and two bread sticks. Strawberries for dessert.

COUNT DOWN FIVE DAYS!!!!
