Peggy - 190 (-1.0; -26.0 Total)
This morning I weighed in
at 190 lbs., down 26 lbs. I slept 9 hours and was up three times. I drank 64 oz
of water.
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee w/Stevia. And an orange.
Lunch was 3.5 oz. tilapia and
spinach.
Dinner was 4 oz. ground
round and broccoli, two bread sticks and an apple.
A friend asked me to his
house for ribs and
sauerkraut! I had to refuse!! Maybe next time!!
