Peggy - 191 (-1.0; -25.0 Total)
This morning I weighed 191
lbs. which is down 25 lbs.! I slept nine hours and was up three times during
the night. I drank 64 oz. of water.
Breakfast was two cups of
coffee and an orange.
Lunch was a salad with a
hard boiled egg, lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes and WF Creamy Bacon
Dressing.
Dinner was 3 oz. chicken
breast and broccoli with two bread sticks. An apple with cinnamon and stevia
was dessert.
