1Body4Forty - Day 14 - 2 Weeks

Of course I was dreading weighing in again this morning after yesterday, but I’m right back down to where I was two days ago.  At least that weight came back off even if I didn’t lose any more.  Today is officially the Two Week point of the diet which means I get to measure myself this morning and check in with Dr. Footerman at 1Body4Life this afternoon.  I prefer to do my own measurements with my clothes off so that I get an accurate picture for myself as to how I’m doing.
 In the two week period, so far I’ve lost 1 inch each off my waist, my hips, and chest, 2 inches off what I call my ‘bra’ measurement, ½ inch off each of my calves and off my left thigh.  This is a total of 6.5 inches lost on my body.  Being of skating, I am not anticipating losing that much off my thighs or calves, and my ankles are relatively small to begin with.  The BMI on my scale has gone from a 29.8 to 27.7 and body fat % from 34.4 to 3.2. so those are improvements as well. 
After 2 cups of coffee in the morning, I have strawberries & stevia at 11 am. For lunch today, I bake some tilapia with roasted garlic spices and steam some fresh broccoli with the same spice.  For dinner, I am staying away from the red meat and opt for baked chicken with the Chicago steak spice.  This is perfectly paired with salad with chopped tomato & fresh basil with balsamic vinegar as dressing.  A little while afterwards, I have an orange as dessert.
Hopefully in the next two weeks I can lose another 10-12 pounds and be down to 150!  I just need to keep focused and continue to follow the diet…
